The best way to reach the Knack Market is via public ferry along the Chao Phraya River, which should cost around 50 Baht per journey.
If you plan on taking numerous journeys along the river, you can book your Chao Phraya River: Hop-On Hop-Off Boat Pass in advance.
Simply jump on the Chao Phraya River Ferry and get off at Khlong San Pier. The Knack Market is just a few minutes walk from this pier.
If you find yourself on the wrong side of the river, you can cross via the shuttle boat that runs from River City Shopping Complex.

The Knack Market is based in what is known to be the creative district of Bangkok.
The Creative District Bangkok is a huge neighbourhood that celebrates it’s creativity through art, food, culture and many other interesting quirks.
It can be found around the streets of the Bangrak and Khlong San districts. Connected by a ferry between the Chao Phraya River.
The market itself features booths filled with street food, organic drinks, handmade leather accessories, vintage clothes and home decor.
It’s a place that gathers various interesting products filled with new imaginative ideas. You can find various designs, decorations, and old books all whilst having a good time.
We had a great time strolling around The Knack Market, trying the local street foods such as spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce, traditional pad thai and sticky mango rice.
There are live performances and other activities to get involved in. You can spread out on the lawn and listen to the live music or stretch-out in a yoga class, in an atmosphere of freedom, reminiscent of the 70’s.
The Knack Market is definitely worth checking out if you stay near the Riverside or have access to the Chao Phraya Express boats.
