Nacpan Beach In El Nido – A Complete Guide

Nacpan Beach El Nido is one of the most beautiful beaches we visited in Palawan. From tropical cafes to powdery white sand, here’s all you need to know.

How To Get To Nacpan Beach

Nacpan Beach is a 45 minute drive away from the main town of El Nido

The best way to organise a round trip to Nacpan Beach El Nido would be to take the shuttle service for 600 pesos per person.

It’s an air con van with free pick up and drop off to your hotel in El Nido. It’s super convenient and bookable via Nacpan Beach Shuttle Service website.

If you want to make your own way there and you’re confident riding a scooter, you can rent one from El Nido town from around 500 pesos per day.

The road is in quite a bad state in some areas, with huge pot holes so be super careful.

For those short on time, or that prefer everything to be organised for them, there are some awesome tours on Get Your Guide available to book in advance.

Best Time To Visit Nacpan Beach

El Nido beaches in the Philippines are most popular during the dry season, between November and April.

At this time the country is fully accessible, including its many beautiful islands, more remote areas and especially its beaches.

Temperatures are high during March and April, so it’s best to travel during the cooler months of December to February.

With plenty of eateries on hand, Nacpan Beach is the perfect place for a relaxing beach day.

Don’t forget your camera as there are some stunning views to capture!

What To Expect At Nacpan Beach

The first thing you’ll probably want to do when you get to Nacpan Beach is just chill.

After the 45 minute drive, you can lay down your towels, take a dip and soak up some much needed sunshine.

Nacpan Beach was definitely one of our favourite spots on the island because of how beautiful and secluded it felt.

After all the island hopping in El Nido, it can take it out of you, so I recommend saving some beach time here on your Philippines itinerary.

With a huge 4km length of clean shoreline, that has a backdrop of the most beautiful stretch of coconut palm trees, you are sure to find a great spot to chill.

In addition, the turquoise water is calm and inviting with small waves, making it the perfect place to enjoy a swim.

At Nacpan Beach there are also some great photo opportunities with the huge ‘NACPAN’ sign and the cute bamboo cafes. Not forgetting the turquoise water, white sands, majestic palm trees and of course the spectacular sunsets.

Moreover, there are a great range of restaurants along this coast, ranging from cheap to a bit more pricey, offering a good selection and variety of tasty food.

With everything you need on hand it’s easy spend a good few hours here. In fact, you probably won’t wont to leave at all!

With plenty of picturesque palm tree trails, soft white sands, as well as cute beach restaurants, there’s no reason why you wouldn’t want to visit this typically tropical paradise.

Nacpan Beach in El Nido has a really good vibe and is definitely worth going the extra few miles out of town to enjoy the perfect beach day.

Definitely a favourite for us, and one of the best things to do in the Philippines.
