Batu Bolong Beach In Bali – A Complete Guide

Batu Bolong Beach Bali is one of the most popular spots in Canggu to surf and chill. From beach clubs to surfing schools, here’s all the info for visiting.

How To Get To Batu Bolong Beach

Batu Bolong Beach Bali is located at end of Batu Bolong Street, directly in front of Old Man’s Beach Bar & Restaurant.

For those staying in Canggu, it’s easily walkable from the main street of Batu Bolong and very popular for surfing too.

We always choose to rent scooters, which start at around 50,000 IDR per day, and explore ourselves.

However be sure to read up on our renting a scooter in Bali guide beforehand!

If you’re looking for somewhere to rent scooters from you can book a Bali Scooter or Motorbike Rental with Delivery.

Another option is to hire a Bali Private Car or Minibus Charter With Driver, which is pretty popular for day trips around Bali, and they start at around 500,000 IDR per day (8 hours).

For those short on time, or that prefer everything to be organised for them, there are some awesome tours on Get Your Guide available to book in advance.

Best Time To Visit Batu Bolong Beach

The best time to visit Bali and enjoy the beaches is during the island’s dry season, which is between April and October.

This time of year guarantees ideal weather for beach days. With days full of sunshine and temperatures averaging 30°C.

While still warm and sunny, during the wet season you will get frequent and sudden heavy downpours.

As with any of the beautiful Bali beaches, getting to Batu Bolong Beach early will help you avoid the crowds.

With beautiful sunsets and some great restaurants/bars to choose from this is a great place to visit in the evenings. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the chilled vibe.
