The Amsterdam Bari is a vibrant and cool place to visit at any time but if you can be there for sunset you are definitely in for a treat.
We recommend arriving an hour, if not earlier, before sunset to try and find yourself a spot. The cushions really do fill up fast as it’s the most talked about bar on the island.
Around 4:30pm would be a good time to get there, so that you can beat the crowds and grab a fruit shake/cocktail with plenty of time to spare.
